Born as Rosario Luca Trischitta in Catania in 1990, l’Elfo immersed himself in Hip Hop culture in 2003 through his passion for writing. Around 2007, he developed a fondness for rap through freestyling. In 2009 and 2012, he became the regional champion of “Techiche Perfette.” In 2009, along with Punh, he formed Double Damage, a duo that worked on numerous projects. They parted ways in 2010, and in both good and bad times in 2013. In 2014, he released “L’ignorapper,” marking his debut as a solo artist. In the same summer, he won the preselections of the MTV Spit program in Rome, doubling the success in the Super Tappa Milanese and solidifying his presence in the program.
Between 2016 and 2017, l’Elfo released several singles. In May 2017, he participated in the second edition of the Mic Tyson freestyle battle, finishing second. Also in 2017, the year of his official consecration, 12 of his official videos were released. In 2018, he released the new album “Gipsy Prince,” which garnered over 10,000,000 streams on Spotify and YouTube. In July 2019, l’Elfo released “Black Summer Ep,” a gift of 6 tracks to his fans. “Vangelo II Luka” was released on September 11, 2020, under Polydor/Universal, preceded by 4 singles.
