Lucy Wright

Born into the Wright Family, she sings and plays from a young age, following the family tradition linked to a predominantly Irish repertoire (the family originated from County Antrim, Northern Ireland) but also composed of ballads and songs from all the British Isles. She learns to play the Jew’s harp and the violin from her father, and later from her uncle John Wright, a pioneer in the 1970s in Jew’s harp research.
